Having spent nearly 10 years driving the growth of a multinational company by

focusing on the local Canadian market through project management,

operations, and brand development, Carli is a firm believer in the power of

having a process. Opportunities are often overlooked because there is an

uncertainty around execution. Following a clear and detailed process to create

a unique approach, so that no opportunity is missed, is what Carli does best

and it is what she proudly and passionately does for her clients. As an

investment advisor, Carli brings a unique set of skills and qualities to the table

that can benefit business owners, families, and individuals that are seeking

solid financial advice. Her commitment to honesty and attentiveness ensures

that her clients receive personalized attention and guidance that is tailored to

Carli is a University of Victoria Alumni and holds degrees in both English

Literature and Environmental Studies. Her background allows her to be well

versed in environmentally, socially, and governance-focused investments

(ESGs/SRIs). Whether clients are interested in investing in green energy or

supporting companies with strong ethical and social standards, she can help

them make informed decisions that align with their personal values and

financial goals. Most importantly, Carli's goal is to build lasting relationships

with her clients that are founded on trust and respect. Carli understands that

wealth management can be complex and even daunting at times, and she

strives to be a supportive and reliable ally every step of the way.

When Carli isn't in the office she is at home with her husband, Paul and their

two young boys. She spends as much time as possible outside gardening,

chasing sheep, chickens, and her children around her thriving, albeit chaotic,

hobby farm.
