If you are looking for an engaging, approachable evening ideal for all levels of wine drinkers, come and decode today’s most talked-about wine terms. 

You will explore how these buzzwords translate into the bottle without the jargon and taste first hand how thoughtful farming and winemaking choices shape the wines we drink today. This guided tasting is hosted by Jasmine Montgomery, sommelier and founder of Fenix Cellars, she has 2 decades in the wine and hospitality industry with 15 of them spent in Mendoza Argentina.

Why Argentina? Argentina is quietly leading the way in many of these conversations, with organically farmed vineyards, low-intervention winemaking, heritage varietals, and naturally balanced wines that rely less on heavy manipulation and more on place. This tasting highlights that evolution through a carefully curated lineup. This tasting includes light snacks along with five low-intervention, sustainably sourced wines from Bodega Clement, a producer founded by Lis Clement, creator of Malbec World Day and a pioneer of modern Argentine wine.
