Heavy Bag 4 RMHC is a high-energy, community-driven boxing experience designed to bring people together while making a meaningful impact. Hosted at Mamba Cycle Abbotsford (34334 Forrest Terrace), this 50-minute class will challenge, energize, and inspire participants of all fitness levels.

For just $30, your ticket includes everything you need for an incredible session—boxing gloves, a towel, and a fully guided class led by experienced instructors who will take you through an empowering, music-driven workout. Whether it’s your first time throwing punches or you’ve trained before, this class is built to be welcoming, inclusive, and fun.

Why We Fight
This event supports McHappy Day, one of Canada’s longest-running and largest community fundraisers. On McHappy Day, a portion of food and beverage sales from McDonald’s restaurants across the country helps support families with sick or injured children. It’s a day where communities come together in a big way—and this event is part of building that impact locally in Abbotsford.

Funds raised go directly to Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon, an organization that provides a “home away from home” for families who must travel to access medical care for their children.

Through their Houses and Family Rooms, RMHC helps ease the financial and emotional burden families face by offering:

🍽️ Meals and everyday essentials
🤝 A supportive community of staff, volunteers, and other families
💛 A space where families can stay together during some of the most difficult times in their lives
