WildFrog Systems is a growing IT services team in the Fraser Valley looking for a sharp, level-headed communicator to act as the “human air traffic controller” of our service board — the first point of contact for clients and the person technicians rely on to keep work moving efficiently.


This role is heavily focused on communication, customer service, coordination, and organization rather than deep technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, professional, empathetic, and highly dependable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and route incoming support requests quickly and accurately
  • Coordinate technician workloads based on urgency, skillset, and availability
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding updates, ETAs, and follow-ups
  • Monitor SLA targets and escalate at-risk tickets before breaches occur
  • Support account management and inside sales tasks including quote follow-ups, onboarding/offboarding coordination, renewals, and identifying out-of-scope work
  • Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with both clients and technicians

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Calm and organized in fast-paced environments
  • Clear, concise, and professional writing ability
  • Comfortable using email, calendars, browsers, and basic office software
  • Reliable with follow-through and attention to detail
  • Able to diplomatically coordinate priorities with technical staff
