Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Fitness Coach who is passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth. This is a contract-based role that’s ideal for someone who is future-oriented and eager to grow their career within our company. The role includes both floor coaching and client support, with the potential to evolve into full program design and long-term coaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach clients on the training floor and support their personalized programs.

• Provide guidance and accountability to help clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.

• Collaborate with other coaches and health professionals to ensure holistic client care.

• Engage with members, build strong relationships, and foster a positive training environment.

• Take initiative in building your presence, marketing yourself, and growing your client base.

• Opportunity to transition into creating individualized fitness programming as you grow.

Requirements

• Certification or degree in fitness, kinesiology, or related field (CPT, CSCS, etc.).

• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people transform their lives.

• Growth mindset with a desire to develop professionally.

• Ability to work on a contract basis with flexible hours.

• Self-driven, with willingness to invest in building your clientele.

• Previous experience in fitness coaching or client-facing roles is an asset.
