Respond & Rebuild specialized Employee Wellness services provides trainings for businesses and organizations focusing on how to recognize, respond & support to victims, survivors, and witnesses of property and violent crimes, in the workplace.The mission is to focus on the employee’s wellness and address the issues of retaining or regaining the person’s workplace productivity, safety, and stability. 

Respond & Rebuild will also provide comprehensive group facilitation for critical incident debriefing sessions, for both post-incident response and/or as an ongoing support for employees.

Respond & Rebuild services Autism Instructor, who is an adult with autism specializes in training for businesses, organizations and first responders. The Instructor provides and unique insight for organizations into the World of Autism and bridging the ‘communication gap’ when conversing with individuals who are on the Autism spectrum.   Services include showing employers know how to hire and retain Autistic employees and answers the questions every employer wants answered.
