WLC: Women in Motion

Description

Women in Motion is an experiential Women’s Entrepreneurship Day event centred on the woman behind the business. Presented in partnership by Community Futures South Fraser and the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Council, the evening will explore some of the personal foundations that help women entrepreneurs build, lead and continue moving forward through three interconnected themes: Mind · Body · Spirit 

Guests will begin by physically getting into motion through an accessible Pilates experience with Nicky McIntosh of Alito Pilates Collective, followed by a candid entrepreneur panel exploring how movement shows up through growth, uncertainty, purpose, connection and change. The evening will then move into two interactive experiences: Mind in Motion: From Stuck to Ready with Khatera of Beyond Hypnotherapy and Spirit in Motion with Heather Branscombe of Abilities Rehabilitation, exploring purpose, values, intuition and evolution through a Spirit Compass. 

The evening will conclude with refreshments, meaningful connection and one final question: What’s your next move?
