The Chamber hosts a myriad of events throughout the calendar year providing opportunities to network, learn something new, and socialize within the business community. 

Network to your heart’s content and take a tour at one of our Business After Business events held monthly in a variety of venues. Hear keynote speakers at a luncheon event or take advantage of a learning opportunity at a Lunch N Learn or workshop. Socialize on the links at our annual golf tournament or be entertained and celebrate Business Excellence at our premier recognition event. There is something for everyone and every schedule.

Event Description:
The Building Resilience to Thrive online training program will offer relief to businesses and help mitigate the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic by teaching them how to adapt their business models, re-engage their customers and adjust their workplace cultures. Developed in partnership with the University of Victoria, Gustavson School of Business, this program will have one-hour seminars once per week for 6 weeks.

Program curriculum will focus on the three key themes of Strive, Build, and Create. Seminar topics will be:

1. Power of Context - Unconscious Bias
2. Emotional Intelligence
3. The Power of Coaching in Business
4. Hire and manage a diverse team
5. Improve experiences for colleagues and customers
6. Adapt your service strategy for better outcomes

March 22nd - April 28th at 11am, first two session on Mondays, following sessions on Wednesdays, 11am to 12pm, PST

Registration for Cohort 4 closes March 19, 2021 at 5pm
