Description


This dynamic event brings young professionals together for a high-energy ride with the Owner of Mamba Cycle, Keira followed by the opportunity to hear her story, connect, and network with like minded peers. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or trying spin for the first time, come ready to move, meet, and build momentum on and off the bike!

Please note the class will begin right at 6pm - please arrive 15 minutes prior.

HEAL Wellness will have a booth during the networking portion and will be providing some samples!
